• 1oz. de limoncello
• ½ oz. lime juice
• 5 drop lemon juice

Christmas Drink

Ingredients:
• 6 oz pisco
• 12 oz. orange juice
• 3 oz. green curasao
• 3 oz. sugar syrup
• 12 ice cubes
• 750 sparkling dry wine
• 2 sliced kiwis

Preparation:

Pour in a blender pisco puro, orange juice, Curacao, the sugar syrup and ice cubes. Together during eight seconds and pour been in six vessels long drink cold. Add the sparkling wine, until the cups, take the kiwi. To 6 servings, if you want prepare one or two portions, use a shaker instead of the blender.

Chicha Sour

Ingredientes:
• 6 oz. pisco
• 2 oz. purple chicha syrup
• 2 oz. lemon juice
• 2 tbs. egg white
• 8 ice cubes
• 4 oz angostura

Preparacion:

Mix all the recipes in the blender. Serve in a cocktails glass.

Sopping

Ingredientes:
• 2oz. pisco
• 1 tomatoe peeled and sliced
• 10 mint leaf
• 2 tbs. sugar
• lemon juice

In a whiskey glass put all the ingredients, crush carefully with a mortar.

Ingredients:
2oz. pisco
1oz. cassis cream
2oz. lime juice
1 grape

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail mixer with cracked ice and serve in a martini glass

Captain

Ingredientes:
• 2oz. pisco
• 1oz. vermouth
• 1 cherry
Hielo

Preparacion:

Put the ingredients in a mixer with ice. Shake well and put in a martini glass leaving the ice in the mixer. Decorate with the cherry.

3 oz. pisco
2 oz. coffee liqueur
8 oz. orange juice
6 ice cubes
2 orange peel sliced like a half moon

• 2 ounces pisco brandy
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
• 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup

Preparation:

Shake the pisco, the bitters,** juice, and simple syrup*** well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass that has had its inside rinsed with apricot brandy (the sweet kind; pour in the liqueur, tilt the glass and twirl it until the whole inside is coated; pour out any excess).
