Recipes:
• 1 oz gin
• 1/2 oz peach brandy
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz egg white

Preparation:

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a double-cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of peach.
