Rum Sour
Recipes:
• 2 ounces golden rum
• 2/3 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar |

Preparation:
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass (unless you happen to have a Sour glass) and give it a “lid” of 151-proof rum. No need to resist the impulse to decorate lavishly.
