• 4 parts passion fruit juice
• 3 parts gin
• 1 part limoncello
• 1 part banana liqueur
• 1 part strawberry liqueur

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients except the strawberry liqueur over ice and pour into a frozen glass frosted with a sugar rim. Slowly add the strawberry liqueur to the glass. (The red strawberry liqueur will sink to the bottom giving the drink a red base that will fade into pink as it floats to the top of the glass.)

• 1/4 oz. anisette or Pernod
• 1/4 oz. crème de violette
• 1/4 oz. heavy cream
• 1/4 oz. white crème de menthe
• 1 oz. Plymouth Gin

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled champagne glass.

• 2 oz. cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka or gin
• lime juice

Preparation:

Mix vodka, cranberry juice and a splash of Rose’s lime juice cordial over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Preparation:

Steer all the ingredients with ice and serve.

LongDog

Recipes:
• 2 oz gin
• 2 oz 1800® Tequila
• 2 oz triple sec
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz lemonade

Preparation:

Pour the gin, tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a collins glass, unstrained. Leave a little room at the top; fill with the lemonade. Stir briefly, garnish with lime and serve.

Artillery

Recipes:
• 50 cc Gin
• 20 cc Sweet Vermouth
• 2 drops angostura bitters
• Ice cubes
• Lemon Peel

Preparation:

Mix all the recipes in the blender, without the lemon peel. Serve in a cocktails glass.

• 2 ounces gin
• 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
• club soda

Preparation:

Peel a whole lemon in one long spiral, “as you would an apple” (as Boothby says).* Put it in a highball glass, add the gin and superfine sugar (to get the Old Tom effect), and stir, making sure to mash the peel up against the glass. Then throw in 2-3 ice cubes and top off with club soda or seltzer. You don’t need a fresh peel for each round, thank God; one is good for 2 or 3 uses.

Brown Cocktail

Recipes:
• 3/4 oz light rum
• 3/4 oz gin
• 3/4 oz dry vermouth

Preparation:

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Blue Boy

Recipes:
• 2 oz lemon juice
• 2 oz Curaçao Blue
• 2 oz gin
• 2 tsp caramel
• 1/4 bottle of champagne

Preparation:

Pour ingredients carefully, in order given, fill with champagne.

Bennet

Recipes:
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• juice of 1/2 limes
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
