Ingredients:
• 2 oz. rum
• 1 oz. Cointreau
• 1 oz. pineapple juice
• ice

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and serve in cocktail glass previously freezed.

Dirty Banana

Recipes:
• 1 1/2 oz Tia Maria
• 1 banana
• 1/2 – 2 tsp sugar
• fill milk or cream
• ice

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into glass and top with splash of Tia Maria or chocolate shavings.

Christmas Champagne

Recipes:
• 1/2 litre of whisky
• 1/2 litre of rum
• 1/2 litre of tea with 1/2 cup of sugar
• Lemon and Orange juice
• 1 bottle of champagne
• 1 bottle of water
• Ice cubes

Preparation:

Steer the whisky, the rum and the fruit juices. Add the ices and reserve for 30 minutes. When you serve the drinks, add the champagne and the water.

Christmas Drink

Ingredients:
• 6 oz pisco
• 12 oz. orange juice
• 3 oz. green curasao
• 3 oz. sugar syrup
• 12 ice cubes
• 750 sparkling dry wine
• 2 sliced kiwis

Preparation:

Pour in a blender pisco puro, orange juice, Curacao, the sugar syrup and ice cubes. Together during eight seconds and pour been in six vessels long drink cold. Add the sparkling wine, until the cups, take the kiwi. To 6 servings, if you want prepare one or two portions, use a shaker instead of the blender.

Ghoulish Punch

Recipes:
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin
• 2 cups cold orange juice
• 1 liter cold seltzer
• ice cubes
• 1 pt. orange sherbet, slightly softened
• 1 orange, thinly sliced
• 1 lime, thinly sliced

Preparation:

STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in cold juice. Cool to room temperature.
JUST before serving, pour into punch bowl. Add cold seltzer and ice. Place scoops of sherbet and fruit slices in punch.
Great Substitute: Substitute 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Lime Flavor Gelatin for 1 pkg. (8-serving size) gelatin.
Substitute club soda for seltzer.

• some drops granedine
• cracked ice

Preparation:

Put in a blender all the ingrediends, then blend and serve in a big glass.

Ingredientes:
• 6 oz tequila
• 3 oz pisco
• 1/2 oz. lime syrup
• 16 ice cubes
• 4 sugar flavored cherry
• 4 dry cherry

Preparacion:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them very well, serve in a cocktail glass.

Felipe Cocktail

Ingredientes:
• 1/2 oz. chuchuhuasí
• 1 oz. avocado juice
• 5 ice cubes
• 1/2 oz. granadine
• 2 oz. Rum
• 2 avocados
• 1 lemon peel

Preparacion:

Put all the ingredients in a long drink glass and decorate with two slices of avocado and the lemon peel.

Grape Punch

Grape Punch

Ingredientes:
• 8oz. brandy
• 1/8 oz. lemon juice
• 6 tbs. sugar
• 18 ice cubes
• 24 grapes
• 750 ml cold white wine

Preparacion:

Put in a punch bowl the brandy, the lemon juice and the sugar; shake the ingredients till the sugar is disolved. Add the ice cubes, the grapes and the wine; mix everything and serve in red wine glasses.

Ingredientes:
3 oz. pisco
2 oz. coffee liqueur
8 oz. orange juice
6 ice cubes
2 orange peel sliced like a half moon

Preparacion:

Mix all the ingredients with cracked ice. Serve in a coctail glass. Decorate with the orange peel.
