• 1 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz cranberry juice

Preparation:
Shake vodka, triple sec, lime and cranberry juice vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a lime wedge on the rim, and serve.

• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz orgeat syrup
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup

Preparation:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice-filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

• 2 oz. cranberry juice
• 1 1/2 oz. vodka or gin
• lime juice

Preparation:

Mix vodka, cranberry juice and a splash of Rose’s lime juice cordial over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

LongDog

Recipes:
• 2 oz gin
• 2 oz 1800® Tequila
• 2 oz triple sec
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz lemonade

Preparation:

Pour the gin, tequila, triple sec and fresh lime juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well and pour into a collins glass, unstrained. Leave a little room at the top; fill with the lemonade. Stir briefly, garnish with lime and serve.

Gimlet

Recipes:
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 oz vodka

Preparation:

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wedge or serve it on the rocks.

Damn

Ingredients:
2oz. pisco
1oz. cassis cream
2oz. lime juice
1 grape

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail mixer with cracked ice and serve in a martini glass

• 30 cc Absolut Peppar
• 1 tsp Granadine
• 1-1/2 tsp lime juice

Preparation:

Strain into glasses, top with: Crushed ice, water and Garnish with a strawberry.

• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 2 ounces London dry gin
• club soda

Preparation:

Squeeze the lime juice into a Collins glass full of ice. Add the gin, throw in the lime half, and top up with bubbly water of choice. That’s it. Don’t let anybody convince you to put sugar in this. You can use other liquors, adjusting the name accordingly.

• 1/2 ounce lime juice

Preparation:

Combine the rum,* the ginger beer,** and the lime juice, which is optional, in a tall glass full of ice cubes. Stir. The key here is nailing the precise ratio between the spice of the ginger beer and the richness of the rum.
