Vermouth Cassis

Recipes:
• 3 ounces French vermouth
• 1/2 ounce creme de cassis
• club soda

 Vermouth Cassis

Preparation:

Pour the rum in an Old-Fashioned glass, with a lump of ice, then float the pineapple juice on top.
